On-Call – First State Bank’s Real Time Telephone Banking Service

Real time telephone banking allows you to obtain up-to-the minute information on your accounts at any time. Best of all, the service is free!

For first-time callers, you will be prompted to enter your primary account number. You will then enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.

During your first call, you will personalize your PIN by entering a new 4 digit number of your choosing. This is a security feature for you.

If you are a frequent caller and would like to by-pass the introductory message, you may press the 1 key.

You have access to:

  • Up-to-the minute information on Checking, Savings, Time Deposits and Loans
  • Inquire about specific checks or deposits that have cleared your account
  • Inquire about the last 60 days of transactions
  • Make loan payments and Credit Line advances*
  • Account transfers*
